Does Black and Blue Bother You?

Black and Blue have forever had issues with each other. Sometimes they work together, other times its terrible. This dress is blue with black accents which kind of makes the black heel work a little bit better with the dress. For the most part though, He thinks another color option should be added to the mix, instead of black. Black is too easy, everyone has a black heel, but finding a better option to go with the blue dress will really top off the look.
