Is all White The Sexiest Look for Summer?

Always a lot of groups meeting up in the meat packing district on the weekends...every now and then there is a white party picnic of sorts. Spotted this chick, in an all white dress, simple brown heels, a few bangles. Very He Approved, doesn't take much to make this outfit look good, one of those less is more examples. Also a tall girl in tall heels never hurt anyone, bonus points for her. Hard to tell but she might be a weekend member of the #NoBraRevolution.
