FashionVOTE by He...Who Wore it Better?

Women and there phones. Both of these women were actually on a conference call with He at the time of their pictures. Two seemingly similar girls, dark pictures whoops, both looking good for a Sunday afternoon, and He thought it was time to bring back the worlds favorite game of Who Wore it Better.

What are we looking at?
Girl 1: Heels - Eh could do better, look a little to worn and run down. High waistedskirt at least shows off some nice leg. Sunglasses help when its sunny out. Long necklace tops it off. Simple outfit
Girl 2: Wedges - Those are some bad ass high wedges. White lacy dress, looks like something from planet blue, and a fedora. Chick really needs a bangle or two. Not every chick can pull off the fedora look but the ones that do make it look so good.
