You probably see a ton of guys walking around lately with these high school looking pants. High school meaning they are probably from high school because they don't fit properly. He wonders where is the line between wearing pants that are just too small and wearing pants that are considered fashionable. Someone help He out here, where is the line? If it were up to He this look would be outlawed.
