FashionVOTE by He...Who Wore it Better?

Welcome back to our weekly FashionVOTE by He - Who Wore it Better? He caught two girls sitting on benches this past weekend, and pretty sure both were crying.  Not the best way to make it onto Fashion by He, but some ladies will have to take what they can get. Let's break down the looks...

Girl 1: No guy likes tears, thankfully she is trying to hid them behind some over sized sunglasses. Looks like she also has on some over sized tribal sweater that is probably from Free People. High heels earn high marks, hair looks good. Would guess without the tears she would get a He Approved.
Girl 2: More of a mess over here, brown ugly furry jacket off and on the side. Wedges look good, except look half soaking wet. Wet feet are never good. Layering helps, shirts look okay, but nothing overly impressive here.
