It has been warm in NYC lately, but summer is for sure over. Found this chick walking down the streets of Soho just walking around in a bathing suit top and scarf. Oh, we cannot forget the hat too. Not a care in the world, then again if He had the mindset it was still summer He would probably be in a better mood too.
